LWM Radio Privacy Policy

Effective September 26, 2026

LWM Radio is a free music streaming app. This policy explains how the listener app handles information.

Information on your device

The songs and albums you mark as Favorites are saved on your device. We do not require a listener account or sync your Favorites to our server. Removing a Favorite in the app removes it from your list; uninstalling the app removes its local data according to your device settings.

Streaming and server records

When you open the catalog or stream music or album art, your device contacts our catalog service hosted by Cloudflare. These requests can generate server records such as your IP address, requested URLs, the date and time, response status, and technical information used to deliver content, measure usage, maintain security, and diagnose problems. Cloudflare processes these requests and may retain logs according to the service settings and its policies. We do not require you to provide a name or email address to listen.

Support messages

If you email us for support, we receive your email address and the information you choose to send. We use it to respond to your request.

Advertising and sharing

We do not sell listener information or use it for targeted advertising. Our hosting provider processes requests to operate the music service.

Your choices and questions

You can remove Favorites in the app. For questions about this policy or requests about information we hold, email dannickels70@outlook.com.

We may update this policy as the app and catalog develop. We will post any changes on this page with a revised effective date.
